勤俭持家，清净生香，

和而不同，彼此成全，
温良守信，久处生安。
不是奢华铺张使家富，
而是心正气和养家魂。
家，是责任之地，
更是修行之所。
小家庭，映大天地；
一炷心香，通万古情多。
Harmony in the family is the root of the Tao,
the harbor of love and the cradle of virtue.
Partners refine each other in heart and soul,
sharing both trials and light completely.
Respect is the grace of home,
gentle strength its enduring tone.
Frugality brings peace and clarity;
mutual care fosters longevity.
In difference, find mutual growth;
in warmth and trust, the promise is strong.
A household becomes great
through upright heart and clear purpose.
Home is a place of duty and grace,
a field where spirit takes root.
A humble house mirrors Heaven’s way —
Each day, its fragrance grows.

双修同心，共筑家园
II. The Way of Partnership:
Harmonizing Two Hearts, Building One Home
夫妻，是家庭的核心，
亦是心性修持的镜。
同道而行，才有长远；
互敬互爱，方得平稳。
男主外，女持家，是旧俗；
今朝世变，两肩共担，是今赋。
不在分工，而在同心，
不在角色，而在真情。
双修之道，外在是体贴，
内里是觉察。
你知我冷暖，我知你悲欢，
不是依赖，而是相伴。
相逢是缘，同行是道，
能耐人处世，亦能抵风浪。
千帆过后，仍能对视微笑，
这，便是最深的修养。
Partners are the heart of the home,
mirrors of each other’s soul.
Walking the same path gives love its power;
mutual respect make a stable home.
In the old days, people spoke of defined roles,
but today, both share equal work.
This is greater than division of labor; it’s unity of purpose.
Transcending labels is where family begins.
The way of cultivation is to be
considerate on the outside and
mindful on the inside.
You know when I am cold or warm,
I know when you are happy or sad.
This is true companionship.
To meet is fate. To walk together is the Way;
to face life’s trials and choose to stay.
After all storms, always to share a smile—
this is the true way of growth.

III. The Way of Parenthood:
Teaching the Heart, Walking with Love
亲子之间，贵在同行，
爱是桥梁，心是归程。
育儿非掌控，而是引导；
非灌输知识，而是唤醒觉知。
孩子是天地之灵，
不是父母的投影，
他们有自己的光，
只需被看见，被照亮。
教育，是心与心的对话，
以身作则，胜于千言万语；
尊重理解，是最好的礼物，
陪伴倾听，是最长情的表达。
当父母放下执念，
孩子便能生出信念；
当家庭有了自由的呼吸，

IV. The Premier’s Household:
Leading the Family as One Leads a Nation,
With Care and Love
周恩来总理治家如治国，
一身正骨，光明坦荡。
他以道御身，克己奉公；
他对家无“私”字，对亲无“例外”。
他尊老爱幼，慈而有度。
凡见过总理的亲属，
无不将他的教诲，铭刻一生。
他从不说教，却句句有道，
用事实启人，用实践示范。
他把家当作修身的道场，
以身作则，循理施恩。
小到晚辈求学择业，大至亲人生活安排，
总理都以国家为先，道义为本，
以心引路，以德服人。
Premier Zhou Enlai led his family as he led his nation —
with integrity, clarity, and unwavering principle.
He governed himself with the Tao:
Strict with himself, selfless in all matters.
To his family, there was no “exception,” no special privilege.
He honored the elders, cherished the young,
always with measured love.
Those in his family who met him
carried his teachings for a lifetime —
not as orders, but as awakenings.
He guided through truth,
and inspired through example.
He viewed the home as a sanctuary of self-cultivation,
practicing what he preached,
offering care with clarity and reason.
From schooling decisions to family needs,
he placed country before comfort;
he led with heart, and uplifted through virtue.
第五节｜家和万事兴：
道的起点，道的延伸
V. When the Family Is in Harmony, All Flourishes —
The Beginning and Extension of the Tao
家庭，是生命最初的课堂，
是人性最早的映照，
是文化最深的传承。
家中有道，才能世代清明；
家中有爱，才能万事兴盛。
一盏灯，可以照亮三代；
一念心，可以改变命运。
亲子之道，重在引导；
夫妻之道，重在成全；
长幼之道，重在敬养。
家中三道合一，便是圆满。
家庭的和平，不止于一户之和；
它是邻里之善，是社会之稳，
是国家之安，是世界之光。
一人修道，满门光明；
一家行道，天下归心。
The family is life’s first classroom,
the earliest mirror of human nature,
the deepest vessel of culture.
When the Tao lives in the home,
clarity passes from generation to generation;
When love lives in the home,
all things flourish.
One lamp may light three generations;
one mindful heart may shift all destiny.
Guidance is the path between parent and child;
mutual fulfillment is the path between partners;
The path between elder and younger is walked with care and respect.
When all three of these paths converge, the home becomes whole.
Peace in the family is more than domestic harmony —
it becomes kindness in the neighborhood,
stability in society,
security in the nation,
and a light to the whole world.
When one cultivates the Tao, the household is blessed;
when each family walks in the Tao, the world finds its way.
