Zhou Enlai Peace Institute Attends 2025 Shanghai Forum
Exploring the Contemporary Value of Peace Thinking and National Development
2025年4月25日至27日，全球瞩目的“2025年上海论坛”在复旦大学隆重举行。周恩来和平研究院应邀参会，
院长周晓芳女士在第十分论坛发表题为《周恩来和平思想对国家发展的启示》的主旨演讲，深入阐述和平理念在当代国家发展与全球合作中的战略意义，赢得与会嘉宾的高度评价。
From April 25 to 27, 2025, the highly anticipated Shanghai Forum 2025 was successfully held at Fudan University. The Zhou Enlai Peace Institute was honored to participate.
Institute President Ms. Zhou Xiaofang delivered a keynote speech at Sub-Forum 10, titled “The Enduring Wisdom of Zhou Enlai’s Peace Thinking for National Development,” receiving wide recognition for her insightful presentation on the relevance of peace in modern national and global governance.
本届论坛由复旦大学主办，以“重建信任，重塑全球合作”为主题，汇聚来自全球30多个国家和地区的数百位政界、学界、企业界领袖，共同探讨在地缘冲突、技术变革与社会分化背景下的合作之道。
Hosted by Fudan University, the forum carried the theme “Rebuilding Trust, Reshaping Global Cooperation,” and brought together political, academic, and business leaders from over 30 countries and regions to address challenges of geopolitical tension, technological transformation, and social fragmentation.
周晓芳院长参与的**第十分论坛“全球转型与国家发展动力”由复旦大学发展研究院主办，聚焦转型时代背景下，国家治理、社会韧性与可持续发展的新路径。
President Zhou spoke at Sub-Forum 10: “Global Transformation and National Development Dynamics,” hosted by the Fudan Institute for Development Studies, focusing on governance, resilience, and sustainability in an era of profound transition.
在演讲中，周晓芳院长从周恩来总理“以人民为中心、以和平为根本”的战略视野出发，提出和平思想对国家战略、公共政策与国际关系的深刻启示。她指出：真正的国家发展，必须以内在的和平伦理为基础，外在秉持全球合作的世界观。
In her address, Ms. Zhou traced Premier Zhou Enlai’s visionary commitment to “people first, peace as foundation,” and emphasized how this philosophy continues to shape national strategy, public policy, and international diplomacy. She underscored that true national development must rest on inner peace ethics and an outward worldview of global cooperation.
2025年4月26日上午，研究院与复旦发展研究院副院长王昊先生、执行副院长张怡女士、复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院副院长张骥教授进行了友好交流。双方互赠研究资料与最新出版书籍，并表达了共同建立合作机制、推动研究互通的积极意愿。
On the morning of April 26, the Institute held a cordial meeting with Mr. Wang Hao (Deputy Director of Fudan Development Institute), Ms. Zhang Yi (Executive Deputy Director), and Professor Zhang Ji (Vice Dean of Fudan School of International Relations and Public Affairs). All parties exchanged research publications and expressed mutual interest in establishing long-term academic collaboration.
论坛期间，我院还与来自东南亚、欧洲及美洲的多位学者代表互动，就和平教育、青年对话及多边文化传播等议题交换意见，推动“和平七原则”与“家庭—国家—世界和平层级”的理念走向国际传播与实践。
During the forum, Institute representatives engaged with scholars from Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas, exchanging ideas on peace education, youth dialogue, and cultural exchange. The Institute actively promoted concepts such as the “Seven Principles of Peace” and the “Personal–Family–Nation–World Peace Ladder” for wider global engagement and implementation.
本次论坛标志着复旦大学国际文化研究院在2024年北京文化论坛之后，继续深化国际交流与合作。
未来，研究院将继续深化中外交流，拓展思想合作，为构建一个更加理性、包容、和平的国际社会贡献力量。
This forum marks the Fudan Institute’s continued international engagement following the 2024 Beijing Cultural Forum.
Moving forward, the Zhou Enlai Peace Institute will deepen global collaboration and cross-cultural dialogue, contributing to the building of a more rational, inclusive, and peaceful world community.
